Carols paintings are more than just art they are a window into the natural world which provides a rich source of subject matter, with its endless variety of colours, shapes, and textures, enabling Carol to produce art that is both expressive, exciting and visually captivating.

Carol's Story
Carol was born in Exeter and brought up in the coastal sea side town of Dawlish. Living near the sea and glorious Devonshire countryside Carol was surrounded by nature. From an early age she was always interested in animals, insects and plants, taking time to study and watch their behaviour.


Carol always enjoyed getting up close to wildlife that most of us pass by. Nature close up! Colours, shapes and seeing patterns in nature excite and drive Carol to create her art. Experimenting with the boldness of acrylics and then returning to her love of watercolours.

Carol has recently started to paint again creating some unique pieces of art and now being able to enjoying her creative look on life. Which she hopes you'll enjoy too.
